Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.

 

Q: Do you charge for travel?

A: We have locations throughout England & Wales enabling us to cover all venues so we do not need to charge for travel.

Q: Do we get a digital copy of the pictures taken in the booth?

A:Yes you will receive an email after your event within 7 days.

Q: Can our guests view the images after the event?

A:Yes, after your event we create a password protected gallery for you and your guests to view the images and also they can download them for free

Q:What printers do you use?

A:We use thermal dye sublimation printers, the same as the photo processing companies use, the best in the business. The prints are fast, touch dry and water proof immediately.

Q: How does the guest book work?

A:We set the photo booth up to print 2 copies of each picture (both personalised with your name and wedding/party date), 1 for your guests and 1 for your guest book. We bring  gel pens and encourage your guests to leave messages next to their pictures. We will ensure the book is completed to a high standard and we hand deliver it to you at the end of the photo booth hire in perfect order.
